Dont know mate but i subscibed last week and still waiting for a welcome pack which should have been here 5 days ago and still waiting tick tock tick tock.......... still not here

I have just left them after waiting two months for broadband to go live, they don't inform you of any problems, then just blame bt. They're useless.
Don't do it...
