Not that I`m aware of.
I`m Canadian and I have been across the border many times over the last few years and spoken to many Americans but never got the impression that they might be jealous of us.
Maybe that`s because I`m from Eastern Canada (Québec), who knows?
But my boyfriend`s American so at least I would know how he feels about us Canadians, right?
Enough said.

Dude..while you were smokin' that stuff and drinkin' that beer, the Americans came in and made a cool offer that you weren't coherent enough to understand. We are no longer Canada, we are now Bona Fide citizens of The NEW North Americans with a 'public citizen' highway stretching from Mexico to all throughout Canada.

I can only speak for myself. I'm American and I'm jealous of the Canadians. From what I've heard it's nice there, the people are way more friendlier and you guys have free Health Insurance. If I could I would pack up and move there.
