I would first by no generosity on my part , give uncle SAM his share , then as I walk away from that cussing him for all it is worth ..I would put it in to savings , because I save everything , all of my tax refunds for the last 24 years , a settlement from a suit against my mortgage company , and all extra money , I do not use credit cards ,and my cars are paid for ,and my house will be in three years.. ((it is only 12 yrs old ))so I really need nothing ,I would put it with the other 500K I have put up ( not in banks) and save it , because the economy is going to change ,(( for the worse)) I would hate to buy all kinds of elaborate stuff just to loose it later...plus my children will be needing it a lot more than I do ......god know what the cost of living will be in 5 more years , plus I am still able to work so that just keeps adding to savings , I live to where all expenses are no more than 30 % of net income ...

Um, pay my debts?

Just kidding.

I'd probably invest it, maybe buy a nightclub, or start a traveling agency.

Some cool investment anyway, where I'd get to have a lot of fun and show others a fun life...

$100,000 split between my church and the mission family I support.
$100,000 to the basic savings
$200,000 to Boo's college savings plan (undergrad and grad and maybe pre-med)
$150,000 to pay off debt
$350,000 to various retirement plans (to the max) with the balance to the basic savings (and to help out mom & dad if they need it)
$100,000 to spend frivously!!
