Hey everyone! Me and my boyfriend will be in the Pasay, Philippines and I heard that the SM Mall of Asia is the newest and largest mall in the Philippine. Are there any pension houses and hotels that are near said landmark? My budget is only $25.00 a night for us two, even less. Thanks guys!
And oh, a website would be great.

Right now, $25 is worth about PHP 1,215, and for that price you will end up in a dump, at least in the area closest to Mall of Asia, which is Baclaran. And it's not all that close, a long walk at the very least, P15 for 2 of you in a jeepney, or 30-35 or more in a taxi.
Mall of Asia is nice, but it's still just a mall. If you're going to be in Pasay, take the MRT to Ayala in Makati, it's much nicer and lots more to do there. Yes, there are malls, a couple of them, and they're nice ones.
Or as an alternative, take the MRT a little farther and go to Shaw Boulevard, where you will find the Shangri-La Plaza, Robinson's Starmall, and will be within walking distance of SM Megamall. They weren't messing around when they named that place, take my word for it.

The nearest hotel is Heritage Hotel it is facing mall of asia and a walking distance only. But the rate I think is far above your budget. Near the this hotel is the Copacabana which is I think within your budget. But there are also along Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, one is Networld Hotel. This is only one ride (10 pesos fare) from mall of asia and there are a lot of shuttles that passed by this hotel. Good luck and enjoy your stay in the Philippines!.

Try Jericho's Place It's a new developed hotel near the mall its like 0.9 km from MOA, you can search that hotel at www.thehotelcompare.com just key in "Manila Philippines near Mall of Asia". Have a great trip ahead.

Don't be too anxious. in the first place the mall is not that great, and secondly it's right on the water far from anywhere. The nearest houses (which may or may not be hotels) are about half a kilometer across wasteland and a 6 lane coastal road.

Heritage hotel is the closest but you'll probably have to pay more than $25. There's also a lot of hotels along Roxas Boulevard and Manila.

click on the site below. i would suggest that you call first because rates and availability would change from time to time. mall of asia is around one united states dollar away from the hotels in ermita, manila.
