Is there a separate system for egg making? Is it calcium in egg shell? How does a whole egg with egg shell is formed in one day? Why doesnt the egg break while laying it?

it's only a normal reproductive system with only one functional ovary
yes it is calcium and it is secreted from uterus (shell gland)
the fertile egg pass in the tract and take its time in each part to add certain layer
egg can be layed cracked sometimes but if the nest floor is good it will not break
