Has anyone lost their job due to a "restructuring", sued and won their case? Over 50 ..NJ?

I don't think I have a case, but everyone is quickly saying "sue"...Please provide true advise!

Very confused....and frustrated!

Do you mean the company downsized and laid you off? My former employer was bought out by a major office supply store chain, said nothing would change, a year or so later announced EVERYONE would be let go, but gave us all severance pay. None of us could sue.
