What's causing you to lose your mind? Think of those reasons, and think why are you letting them/it get to you like that.
Pretty much, whether you want to or not, you Smile, and take a deep breathe and say,"Wow, ____ just ruined my minute" and if you gotta go take a lil' stroll for a couple minutes and go right back to work.
You know what I hate, how we're all taught in school about how to work, but they never teach us how to cope with the crap thats involved with a job, it's pretty much figure it out on your own.

just take it easy when u get fustrated find something to occupy your mind dont worry about what others sy and do cause when it comes back to them its going to be alot worst on them they may even get fired lol
