Mr Magoo, Fractured Fairy tales, Bullwinkle, Merry Melodies.....ah those were the good old mornings. Plopping down on the floor with a bowlful of sugar pops and the toy that I fished out of the bottom of the box.

I Agree. I have actually tried to catch on to these new age cartoons, and they are just not the same. What has happened to the age-old tradition of wacking someone's foot with a sledge hammer, or blowing their head up like a balloon and popping it with a pin? Tom & Jerry was my fav.

Yeah. Don't forget Strawberry Shortcake, Rainbow Bright, and Sheera...........
Also - the awesome attire from way back - like leg warmers, gelly shoes, tassled lil' cowgirl sirts, white suede boots, keds, leggings, and "Flashdance style shirts" with a bathing suit or sportsbra under it.........
Do you remember those lil round plastic things that you could bunch up your T-shirt and pull it through on the side???
I LOVED those.... It was a thick girl's dream. No tucking in shirts but also - No letting them hang and making me look fat.......

I remember them all!! We bought the kids a dvd a couple of months ago with all the old classics on it. It was brilliant - dont know what the kids thought of it - my partner and I were to busy enjoying it!!!

Smurfs were cool but did you guys ever notice that there was only one girl. She must have been getting banged buy every guy smurf. How else were they born.
