Since you worded it as "women" then I'm assuming that you meant to include a group of ladies.
To me the most beautiful women in the world are the ones that each one of us see in our own eyes. The only truth about beauty is that beauty IS in the eye of the beholder. No one has the right to say what is beautiful for everybody else. Only for themselves.

by all my heart it's my mom coz being beautiful with charming looks is not in its best way rather one should be beautiful internally as well as externally to called as the most beautiful & i can quote with pride that my mom is the most beautiful woman in the world by my heart. she is very charming at the age of 50 & i always find her so idealistic, mentally very strong, she is not much qualified but her intellect about life has always brighten my path of life right from my adolescence till now, she gives courage to every member of the family, most of the times i find her like earth which absorbs all heat, earthquakes, electric current with a massive fire in the belly just to give us a normal smooth life with out even knowing what's adverse going around. And most of all i was inspired by her only that every woman in the whole is so very respectable.

if u r talking about external beauty then my choice is Laetitia Casta, Pamela Andeson Lee is my second choice
and if u r talking of internal beauty then every woman who is good at heart is beatutiful. and for me my mother is the one.i think this is true for everybody.

I'd have to go with Mother Teresa (even though she has passed). Her kindness and her unselfish love to God's creation makes her extraordinarily beautiful.
