Im trying to get my webcam disc to load.. but it wont.. I tried last night. The discx sign comes up but it wont load so i can install it. I got it from my sister, but she has lost the receipt. It's a new one aswell.
Anyone know what i can do?

Search the manufacturers site for drivers, you maybe able to d/l from there and install

I had this problem with my webcam but i had lost the disc. Try going to the manufacturers website and download the software straight from there if it is available. I know for sure you can do this with labtec webcams as i did it myself.

Try put it into the drive then open 'My Computer'. Then Right click your CD Drive icon. Then on the menu that comes up, click 'Open'.
Or go to the manufacturers web site and download the drivers for the relevant product.

Click on MY COMPUTER, then Click on the drive with the disc in it, then RIGHT CLICK and Select EXPLORE.
You should see a file named something like SETUP or perhaps INSTALL. Double click to run
