My team just joined a contest in my company where i am working, given a set of computer junkies-- the instruction is put computer junk into its maximum limit, making radical plans and designs... w/o blowing the whole thing- the junk of course-

It's *not* the pocessor that limits how big your hard disk can be... it's the bios of the motherboard. You may be able to upgrade the bios if it's limited to the size of disk it can handle.

That said... any bios on a board that will run a Celeron 433 will almost certainly handle disk drives of 80Gb without you having to do anything to update it.

The rotational speed doesn't matter either... disks are ssllllooooowwww compared to computers, so a fast disk will just be less slow than a slow disk... the computer will cope.
