Actually, waiting for the guy to make the first move gives some hints about how he thinks of a woman. I don't think it has anything to do with how people behave today, but just that if a guy calls soon after exchanging numbers, then this shows that he is into you and wants to make a good impression. I have had guys ask for my number, and call me three weeks later, and I would think what an idiot, that's the last time i'm talking to him. So, just waiting for his call, might give some info about his character. Good Luck!

There's nothing wrong when it comes to making the first move, especially when it comes to a female. When the guy answers the phone, ask who it is and tell him your name. Ask him how he is doing and start a casual conversation. Once you make that first phone call, let him give you a call next time. I hope my advice helps you. Good luck.
