If you are asking your "DATE" out and are going to go to the local fire-hall to play Bingo, this would be OK if you either went out to eat before or after Bingo. You might also like to give your date a heads up beforehand that this is where you want to take him/her before the day of the date.
The reason for informing them earlier would be to find out if they actually like to play Bingo or not and to see if they might have a different idea as to what they would like to do on a date.
