Chris Rock did once say that a man was only as faithful as his options...
But honestly, I know MANY MANY men who have remained faithful to their significant others...my own husband included.
You could also turn this question around and ask if any WOMEN can ever be faithful to their significant others.
Don't let one bad apple ruin the bunch....

for all intents and purposes i have never been unfaithful to my girlfriend and now she is my wife of 23+ years i was faithful even when i was stationed some 4,000 miles away from the states inh my station for the navy a communications base

i dont cheat on my girlfriend, and lots of women cheat on their boyfriends too. its a problem with all of humanity, not just men, and not just women.
