relationship, baby, house....Where is the Marriage????

TALK TO AN ATTY. OR LEGAL AID
1. Find somewhere to store the some things away from your home.
copy all financial records for the past 3 yrs. including taxes, retirements, last check stubs, utility bills etc.
2.If your keeping the baby, MAKE SURE you have the baby in your care and custody when you file

Yes, you definitely need a plan and a course of action...then, get some legal cousult, like Don W has already suggested.
