Yeah that was pretty lame of him. I've seen him refuse to do colored ones too.
Oh well, if I was ever to go, Kat would be the 1...she's sexy.

As the owner of the shop he has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If you knew history better, you would remember that the Catholic church screwed the Jews, so before you slam a man for his religious beliefs educate yourself. He shouldn't compromise his beliefs to satisfy anyone. If that girl was going to fly into Miami just for a tattoo she should have called the shop and talked with Ami first, he could have saved her the trip.

When you own your tattoo shop and have televisions crews filming you all the time, you can do what you want. Maybe you can even tattoo LOSER on your forehead...

I watched that one too, it is something that he just feels strongly about- He should of just refused it quietly away from the girl, it looked like she felt really humiliated about the whole thing, I think he should of apologized to her then explain his feelings on his faith and recommend another artist to do the tat for her and I think a free tattoo is in order for her too.If I was a tattoo artist there would be a few tats that I would refuse to do too but, they have nothing to do with religion.

Yeah , that's not cool. Even if you don't believe in something you should still do it. Especially if she came all that way. It's not like she was getting a swastika or something that said F*** the Jews. That's ridiculous. I'd be super TO'd too!

mmmmm interesting...

i remember in one episode he got ticked at Kat for not wanting to do colour tattoos and he said something like you should do anything the customer wants .... or you shouldn't limit what you do....

I think that he came across as a real jerk in that episode. And several since then. (I personally think that was a "cop out" on his part; because, if he were true to his faith, he wouldn't have a tattoo at all.)
