I'm a 2-8 over the speed limit kind of person. The speed limit is so slow and I pay a lot better attention to the road than most people, so I have so much of a better reaction time.

Not here. I make the new speed limits and I found that the law here does not like me doing that.

Sort of. 77 on the interstate when the limit is 70-they don't bother you. They only are looking for 85 and up. Out of state plates make them salivate.

Kind of. I try to stay CLOSE to it, but I'm always over by at least 5 the most 10 depends on the day and how bad I want to get home.
