You're probably typing in a search bar instead of the address bar. When you type in the website to the far left hand-side does it say address?

Sometimes if the web site you are typing in cannot be found, for some reason your DNS server is set up instead to do a web search for that address, which is probably not what you wanted. Check your spelling of the URL for the website. And maybe that website doesn't exist anymore or its server isn't working now.

I think I know what you are talking about. When you go to a site that does not have an index.html file, you will likely bring up a summary of that directory showing a list of files contained rather than a legitimate page.

Have fun with it. It's a great back door.

sounds like you are typing in your search bar rather than your address bar. make sure when you are typing in the website address you are typing it in a box that has address to the left of it. good luck!
