I want to create another user account on my PC for my child. I have already done so but the other user does not have access to the internet. how do I get this to happen?
Would they be able to see my documents under my user name?
What about desktop items that they will never need, can I delet them?

press the windows key(the one that looks like a flag between the control and alt) + R
On the "run" command line type "nuusrmgr.cpl"
create a account
(DON'T GIVE ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS)

control Panel >
and last user account

go to the control panel, user accounts. add them but do not give them admin rights.
