because they're no longer your damn pcs, they're the college's damn pcs. at the same time as in college, you mustn't be surfing web content the ward off your preparation or pose a technilogical or criminal probability to the college, so that they block the web content that extra healthful the bill. If they blocked everything, you wouldn't be on here. They only block the sites that aren't conducive to learning, like myspace and youtube.
