um...no....it shouldn't..if it does, the person doing them must be doing them wrong. They should be sloughing off the dead skin, and that would probably tickle a little bit..Clipping the cuticle or nail shouldn't hurt..they might be getting too close if it does...
Check out the salon carefully before making your appointment...some places aren't as clean as they should be, and they shouldn't rush through the service.

Oh no, it is a wonderful experience. Just choose a clean licensed nail establishment with a good reputation. You will just love it and your feet will feel so good. Just take notice if the foot baths are cleaned after every customer. It is very important. If you see that the technician does not clean it well with anticeptic, then look for another establishment. Also never go to get a pedicure after you have shaved your legs, as the pores are open and more suseptible to infection or bacteria. I am not scaring you I hope, but just a few precautions can eliminate any problems for you. Just be aware of where you go. If the place looks sleezy and dirty, walk out.

What? I never hurts to get a pedicure and if it does than you have a bad lady(or man) doing your nails. Pedicures are suppost to be relaxing. It just kinda tickles. Lol. ♥

Depending on the shape your feet are in, and the strength or aggravation level of the person doing the pedicure - it could!!! I've had them, and don't particularly care for a strange person rubbing my feet and legs, but some of my friends really enjoy them. In any case, I agree with the person who mentioned diabetics - no sense risking it in that case!

No - but if you are ultra sensitive when having your feet touched or ticklish it can be uncomfortable.

Most say the love the experience.

If you are diabetic do NOT get a pedicure from anyone other than a podiatrist

Not at all it's actually soothing, and your feet look great, considering I get one once a year, so the rest of the year i go around with crusty feet..

No, but beware that they keep there foot spas clean because you could get a fungal infection. Plus watch out if your feet are ticklish, because it will tickle.

Absolutely not! At least if it is done correctly. It is one of life's little pleasures that everyone should do at least once in their life! Trust me unless they have this fear of having their feet touched they will do it again and again. IT IS GREAT!!!
