Even if they are supplying the insurgents it's no reason to go to war. That would be an even worse disaster than Iraq.
The US has supplied insurgents in many parts of the world (including Osama Bin Laden in the early days of his career when he was opposing the soviets in Afghanistan).

the funniest part is that Bush and his cronies knew of this since 2004. The only reason their pushing it now is because they want support to bring back a draft. Love your kids today cause Bush may take them away tomorrow.
