There is pretty lingerie made out of cotton. There are some companies (Things Remembered) that can put a wedding picture or other picture on blankets, pillows etc. Those would be out of cotton.
Straw I have no idea. Another idea is a garnet ring or necklace. Garnet is the modern anniversary jewel.

Some beautifully cotton undies from somewhere special. Or if she's a house maker kind of gall - maybe curtains or a napkin set.
I personally prefer the undies
