I purchased some Tiffany rings from http://www.fashion001.com/ they are nice, but i just can not tell if they are authentic or not?

If you didn't buy it from Tiffany's directly there is a chance they are knock offs

If you are referring to Tiffany's jewelery here in the U.S., then the answer is no. Tiffany's would not have $13.00 rings. Sorry. Also, Tiffany's has its own official stamp on all of its products, and I don't see one on any of these.
There are other people calling themselves "Tiffany's", but they are no where near Tiffany & Co. in quality, reputation, and price.
Hopefully, you did at least get your money's worth.

Tiffany doesn't sell through 3rd parties.
