Call your doctor i would say but just to put your mind at rest until you can get an appointment i had the same thing during the first trimester of pregnancy and it was nothing. I was told that some women can still get their periods during this time or a mild bleeding. As long as the colour of blood is not red and you don't experience any abdominal pain it should be fine. But you should still go and see your doctor just to make sure everything is ok.Best of luck.

Any sign of bleeding is a problem. Go to the doctor and let them check it out. It could be something, but then again it could be nothing. Some women experience bleeding like a period while pregnant. Just get it checked to make sure all is well.

I would call your doctor. I had the same thing happen to me and was sent to the ER. It turned out I've developed cysts on my ovaries and that was what was causing the bleeding (this is common during pregnancy). Some women do spot though, but if it's your first pregnancy I would definitely call your doctor.

i experienced light bleeding at 7-8 weeks with my last two babies but still panicked enough to go to the early pregnancy assessment unit for a scan. if you are worried phone the hospital and see what they say but don't be fobbed off.

You aren't very specific, but I had a near normal period and then 2 or 3 days of spotting pink when I was pregnant with my first. Wouldn't hurt to get it checked out though.
