I try to, but usally end up missing what they are saying on the news or what is going by on the bottom. Have figured out how to do both yet. LOL

l do all the time. l get the gists of news from there. Quite confusing if the video footage is interesting.

lol It's very distracting. What is extremely irritating is when they break for a commercial and the strip goes away !!! Jerks.
