You don't appeal laws. If a court rules against you, it did so on its understanding of the law. Appeals are court procedures. Courts do not make laws. The legislature does. If there is a law you don't like, the court can do nothing about it unless the law is unconstitutional (unlikely). You have to petition your legislators to repeal (not appeal) the law.
