You won't have to pay the congestion charge if you leave the congestion charging zone before 7AM on Monday morning, if you don't then you will have to pay.
You can pay the charge even on the next day if you forget or are not sure if you were supposed to pay on the day you travel.

Depends what part of London and when on Monday you travel back. Take a look at the congestion scheme website and it will answer your questions - fingers crossed you don't need to pay it!

Why would you want to go to London by Car?? Unless you are travelling into the outskirts of the area. Travelling into the Mid area of London is a nightmare at any time of the day and week.
Good Luck

Of course you will, if you go into or out of the congestion zone in the central or West areas covered by the regulation.
