I am going to make the assumption that you meant to write 2x^2 in the first term under the denominator

factor both parts

[(x+4)(x-3)] / [(x-3)(2x+3)] (the x-3 cancels out leaving

(x+4) / (2x+3)

(x - 4)(x2 + 3x - a million) = x^3 + 3x^2 - a million - 4x^2 -12x + 4= x^3 - x^2 - 12x + a million be conscious how an exponent is written whilst superscript isn't obtainable. 49x2 - 9 = (7x - 3)(7x + 3)......difference of squares formulation.
