The One With Monica's Boots
It's the 9th episode of the 8th season.
Chandler is peeved when Monica splurges on an expensive pair of boots. Phoebe learns Ross' and Sting's children attend the same school, she angles to meet the celebrity and get concert tickets. When Joey's sister Dina tells him she is pregnant, he freaks out and goes to find the father to marry them. Rachel tries to calm him down.

i believe it was in the second to last season of the show, but i don't recall an episode number persay. its joey's younger sister who is maybe 18 or 19 and her boyfriend is...lets just say not too bright. i thought it was joey who she wanted to get advice from though b/c she hadn't told her parent's yet and she was scared, and looked up to him and the whole big brother thing, blah, blah, blah and then he wasn't so mad and suggested she talk to Rachel about it. sorry, i guess that's more of an overview, hope it helps though.

I'm not sure but if you check www.tv.com and go to the Friends episode guide, you will be able to surf through and find it...there is a little seasons bar at the top, it was probably one of the last few seasons, as Emma was only like 2 when the show ended.
