Well if you let your dog out around here on a leash to relieve himself for about 10 mins. I found out that you get a ticket for not having food shelter and water there. even though it is a house dog and onl;y goes out for a few to do his job. don't move to this town. they pick on stupid things. I mean like the dog down the street runs all the time but that's fine.




I just don't understand some things. You can go out and beat the crap out of someone and get a $200.00 fine. You drive without car insurance you get a $750.00 fine. Make sence to you?
