Good luck with buyer he/she will probably and mostly likely need a co-signer.But i would recommend the buyer to wait until such times the credit score is better 'cause it's not worth paying a higher interest rate for it. Cheers!

There are loan progarms like FHA that aren't so much a score based lender. As long as they don't have much debt in the last 12 months.
