If you have proof of the soiled pants in question, I would gladly be able to answer your question, but since you have provided no proof that the pants were indeed soiled, I can't answer your question with any definite answer. If the pants were soiled and then layed to dry over a period of time, then maybe they would be dry now. If the soiled pants were left in a ball, then they would have a good chance of still being wet.

The blast in question was not even close to that coward. He should be made to stay in Iraq since he's the one that kept putting the bug in Bush's ear to invade. During the Vietnam war he took all those deferments and proclaimed in later years that he had better things to do. He and all the rest of the present day war mongers should have to serve at least one tour of duty in Iraq and not in some "in the rear with the gear" unit. They love to wear the badge of warriors yet have no guts to serve!!!

No, he's still traumatized by the fact he had five deferments during the Vietnam war and he is a coward who loves sending young soldiers to die doing something he told people during the Vietnam war "was best left up to others to do".
