its their problem if they hate you ,you can't make anyone love you , how to know if you have a good friend ,they will stick with you through thick an thin ,an not talk about you behind your back.

It is not hard to know the good friends. They are the ones who keep checking on you, who want to be with you and have no trouble saying, "I like you because you.....".
I have made a policy that if people are negative towards me and not supportive, they will not be part of my life. As you get older, you cut to the important people in your life. If you are having trouble surviving because even family are abusive, tell them and be prepared to cut them loose (even a mother or brother).

There are many different ways, but in general I would see a person as a good friend if they are willing to help me move! Seriously though, if they somehow demonstrate that you are worth spending time and effort on (ie. coming over to talk when they are tired from work) then they care about you.
