I was only using a handgun. I took the shirt and wrapped it around. The guy was left with no shirt on and we were outside in bitter cold temperatures. His nipples are frostbitten and he can't feel his arms. I can't feel my foot. Is it in my best interest to take me and my friend to the hospital?

GO GO GO now. if he waits any longer the gun powder will get in to his blood stream and kill very painfully. and you should call 911 don't risk driving they will get you there faster. or have a some one drive but you need to stop the bleeding apply pressure and keep him awake don't let him go to sleep talk to him. elevate is foot. If you don't go you could have permanent frost bite and your friend could either be dead or he could lose his foot.
