If you have been together for a while - ask her on a date...I mean take it old school....call her up or send her flowers at work and ask her if she would like to go out on a date with you. Plan the date but do NOT tell her what you will be doing. Have her pack an overnight bag....Pick a place about two or three hours from where you live....find a place that gives couple massages (massage schools are pretty good and alot cheaper than a spa), go get the massage then check in to a hotel for one night. Take her out to dinner and a comedy club (laughter is the BEST), go back to the hotel and do what you do. THAT is romantic and will make her feel super special!

If you want to do something small, buy her a book of poems and on the inner cover write something to the affect of "I can never fully explain how I feel about you, so I thought I'd leave it to the experts" or write "I love you" on the mirror in soap.
For something a little bigger, call her boss and arrange for her to get off work early on a Friday without her knowledge. Let her go about her day as normal but show up at her office and tell her you're kidnapping her for a weekend. Have a bag already packed and waiting in the car, have the arrangements already made (a room bookoed somewhere, the kids with the babysitter, etc), and take her away for the weekend. Even if you only go a few miles from him, she'll enjoy the time away from her own life to spend with you.
And if you want to really shock her, recreate your first date. Take her back to the same restaurant, rent the old movie you guys first saw together, the whole bit. It's something really different and it'll show her how much you still love her even after all this time.
Good luck!

This might be a little off color, but years and years ago before me and my wife got married I would drive by her office on the way home. I would cut out XXX pictures from Hustler, Penthouse, or whatever, and then write little notes on the pictures that usually read "how your night will end!" or "this is what's for dinner!" or "wanna give this a try?". I would put them in an envelope and use the spare key to leave them on the gas peddle so that she would find them only after she got in and started the car! 9 times out of 10 the pictures ended up being a preview of what we would end up doing later that night! She's a stay at home mom now, but I still leave her dirty little notes to make her smile!

Well i think a romantic ides could be, doing a flower heart in her bed or yours, put candles around the room, and pedals of flowers in the floor so she would follow the path when she comes in threw the door. A bath tub fill with bubbles and pedals of flowers. Something smooth to drink, like a wine.. a nice slow music that both could dance.. And should know what new...

Okay this will depend on you remember romantic is to be remembered. So if you have done it on roses get some white sheets for your bed and put the petals from roses on the bed and light some candels this also works in the bath tub. Also massage oil is good as well. u can also make a trail of rose so your partner finds them when they get home.

Call her in the morning to wish her a great day, buy her gifts even though their is no holiday, kiss her in front of your friends, tell her how you feel, check on her a couple of times in the day just to tell her you love her, take her on a picnic and u bring the food, tell her how you feel stuff like that makes a gurl go crazy for a dude. Make her feel like she can trust you no matter what other people say, laugh at her dumb jokes, start up a conversation insted of her doing all the talking, tell her about your childhood, tell her a couple of storie(even if u make them up). Tell her how she makes you feel, dont lie and say your not angry when you are, tell her how your feeling so that maybe ya'll can work them out

In my opinion, the sweetest thing a guy could do is learn to do something the girl likes to do (Dance, cook, ect...) with out her knowing then surprise her with it. My husband learned to cook a special dish then came over to my place while I was at work. He cooked the meal, set out candles and roses everywhere and even cleaned up his mess afterwards! LOL! That also happened to be the night he proposed but you can leave that part out if you need to and take her star gazing afterwards instead.
Good luck!
