Hi, Im with BT and had a similar problem for about 6 months. They sent 2 guys around and after several tests they decided I was too far from the Exchange. They reduced my speed, rewired from my main phone junction box to where my Comp is sited. They even did away with the filters and now everythings fine. Im happy with the reduced speed, you may not be. It went from2mb to 1 mb
