Hershey kisses! Tootsie rolls are really chewy and therefore require more work and don't taste nearly as good! Also, they make the kisses taste like mint, strawberry, caramel, choc covered cherry, peanut butter, and dark chocolate...there are so many options!!!!

They are both pretty dreadful...but I wouldnt EVER have a tootsie roll..they are horrid, hershey's is substandard chocolate. but between the two, I would have to go with hersheys....ewwwwwww.

Tootsie Rolls are way to chewy, they stick to my teeth too. Just give me a couple big fat Kisses and I'll be on my way.

tootsie rolls are better in my opinion as I prefer real kisses to chocolate ones.
