Help i am in work and bored out of my tree. Any suggestions what i can do

If you have no work to do then you could try looking at www.peekvid.com but I don't really know the answer as I have the same problem myself! I often read a book, watch the odd programme on www.channel4.com, bring in a DVD, listen to the radio, look up what I'm going to see at the cinema after work or email friends. I have also just completed an online nutrition course. The other alternative is to find another job that keeps you busy!

Sorry cannot really help as i'm a bit in the same situation as I hang out here...
Maybe, look for another job but at least try to find you some interests, challanges, set yourself new targets before going elswhere...

go to Bored.com for some fun or there is always pogo.com for games to play online for free.
start a blog and write all your diary inserts for the last few days, make a myspace.com, join a forum, get msn messenger or yahoo messenger etc and chat with friends

maybe you should think about doing something different. the fact that you're bored suggests that you aren't happy with what you are doing.
...but if that's out of the question perhaps re-organise your desk.
