How can I recover old Windows user accounts?

I want to overwrite some data from past User accounts but I've deleted them all. How can I recover them? Too late for System Restore.

No way to recover them from the current disk. Usually overwritting the information will destroy it. It might possibly be recoverable from a backup tape.
