South Park makes me almost $h!t laughing everytime.
Simpsons are so boring I don't bother watching if I have ANYthing else to do.
For the record, Family Guy and American Dad are funnier than The Simpsons too.
In fact, the only cartoon that The Simpsons beats out anymore is Drawn Together.Sheesh.

If you are talking about the actual TV show, then it is South Park by far. If you compare the Simpsons of about 10 years ago to South Park now, then it may be close.
If you are talking about video games, I think both series have put out their fair share of crappy games.
