Just buy a laptop with at least 1 gig of RAM, and a 256mn Video card. A core 2 duo processor would be nice too.

Intergrated video is only good for price ....not performance...since it shares the systems memory...not good really for anything but saving bucks....if you'll be gaming or audio/video...get a dedicated video card....128, 256, or more is better!
