Getting chased by a hive of Africanized bees, jumping in a pool, not being able to hold your breath forever, and come up for air to find them waiting for you.
I saw it in the paper when I visited my friend in Arizona. It happened to an 80 something year old man. I can't imagine dying that way...

The list is long but at this point in my life the absolute worst would have to be getting fired from my job and not being able to find another. If I had a savings account I'd be able to survive but since I don't right now, I'd be living in my car (thank God that's paid off).

Other than DEATH? Lead poisoning? bad car accident which left you disabled? Wife of ten years leaving you and court orders you out of the home leaving you homeless while your in the hospital having spinal surgery? Kids bailing on you the moment the money dries up?
LOL Death might be considered a welcome at that point. But It happened to me in real life.
