One of the silliest things i have seen was a 'tit-bum potato' shaped like a tit or a bum lol -- i then saw the item location and it was right by where i lived, i then asked - 'is the tit bum available for collection, how old is your tit bum' lol
I also saw a old Christmas dinner, a carrier bag, half a can of beer and a half smoked ciggy lol.
There was even someone that sold his soul is Australia lol
And a woman had a tattoo on her head 'walking advertisement'
which a company won for £3,000 - mad!
Crazy stuff ! funny tho :)

Britneys REAL hair was bad enough but someone was offering a lock of hair that his girlfriend picked up outside the hair salon. He couldnt verify that it was Britney's and it was on buy it now for something like $3000.
I think the bloke who sold the X Box Box was brilliant. Advertised it clearly as the box only, not the X Box and someone paid about £300 lmfao

Coursework books mostly. I tend to stay away from clothes cause you don't really know what you are getting.
As for the silliest thing i have seen on eBay, probably Britney's hair.

I've bought loads of cds, clothes, dvds etc etc
For a laugh one night, I sat with my parents and put in random items to search. One of those was 'fetish'. This woman was selling her 'air stewardess' shoes which were falling to bits and really smelly etc etc....and this guy was bidding hundreds for them!! Some people in the world eh? Later, we tried different words and in the description of a branded coat, they had written: 'not a stinkin' fake'. hehe Some people eh?? Have also seen real human excrement advertised...and it was being bidded on. Now that's just sick. lol
EDIT: Also, came across a guy who was selling EVERYTHING he owned to the highest bidder as he was getting rid of debts. And I mean EVERYTHING!! He had some pretty cool stuff though lol :-P

I've bought CD's and books. The most ridiculous thing I've seen on Ebay is someone selling a plastic Tesco Bag for 10p!!

But I love seeing the sprouts up for sale after xmas, especially if they come free with a plated up turkey dinner!
