Yes, it's normal because when you masturbate and have an orgasm, your uterus contracts. This makes your stomach tighten. You may also experience cramping afterwards. This is why some people say that sex brings on labor. As long as you aren't in a high-risk pregnancy, then sex and masturbation should be safe.
