i have an asus laptop

turn the laptop off
get a think "flat headed" screw driver,
place it under the keboard, between it and the case
and prise it out, its only cliped in

to replace, align the clips and then press till clips are held in place.

First, get a large hammer and go wild with it until the space bar falls off.

Get a butter knife or other shallow, flap object, place it under the space bar and lift it up.
