But seriously, if you are not motivated and not happy at work simply weigh your options and try to find a new job elsewhere, maybe a change of career even. Sometimes you end up at a job regardless of your passion, because of financial factors or proximity or just a lack of options.
But the true way to stay motivated at a job and love working is to find a job where you convey your passion. Entrepreneurs are the kind that are always motivated, because they do what they like, their passion turns to be their reason to work.
First work on a resume (short version of curriculum vitae), and post it on companies websites or job websites. Go to work and wait for answers.

Just do the best job you possibly can, and feel good about that. But mean while look else where for employment, because settling for less is never a option. You will hate it worse when you waited 10-20 years down the road, and realize you should have left 10 or more years ago.
