I have a PS1 game that I need to get fixed , can any gamers out there suggest where or how I can get this done without paying a fortune. I have a collection of games I want to play and I can't.

you can buy a ps2 or ps3 or you can buy a psone used at a local game store, your ps1 is not worth repairing.

It would be cheaper to buy a different PS1. They cost about $20 (dark gray) and $30 (light gray) used, at the most. If you have a PS2 you can play PS1 games on the PS2.

Hope that helps and happy gaming.

What is wrong with it?

If it would cost more to repair it than it would to buy a new Playstation 2 (120$) then just buy the ps2. But if all thats wrong with it is maybe a little cleaning would fix then do that.

Depends on where you live. I live in Omaha and there is a store called Gamers the resurfaces games for $3, but you can also buy a resurfacer at a store. (if you go to gogamers.com you might be able to send it to them to fix it. I don't know if it will work but it might work.) By the way what game is it.
