Having worked in the area for a long time I can tell you it is London Bridge Station. When you get off the tube look for the sign for the Borough high street or Borough market exit.

Use the following website - it will show you exactly where all the tube stations are in relation to Southwark Cathedral (the right answer for which tube station to get off at also depends on where you are starting your journey because there are a number of options) http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tube/

Borough or London Bridge. Take a look at the Transport for London website for useful travel tips.

I think London Bridge would be your best bet. Just a short walk from there. Straight up Tooley St.
