actually the cost will depend on the season and the travel agency you're planning to use. If you plan to go during the peak season (eg summer or christmas), packages may go as high as 800 dollars. In our case, (since we are about to go there next week), we only have to pay 360 dollars (plus travel tax, which only cost around 50 dollars) for a free and easy 4-day, 3-night trip inclusive of overnight disney package, and a hotel located in Tsim sha tsui (which is a stone's throw to every interesting place in HK). To sum it all up, I think we got a pretty good deal. Hope I could recommend to you our travel agency, but this is a public site and I might face some legal issues here if I post the name of the agency. All I can say is it is located in Pedro Gil in Manila..

Well, Hongkong is a tourist place to someone and business travel to some. Actually, Hongkong is open to neighboring countries like the Philippines. You can enter Hongkong without a visa, but passport can but I think seven days is being given to stay inside Hongkong.
Just bring enough money so that you can buy something in return - in Mongkok, stay in Newton Hotel and the train transportation is very systematic.
For both of you I think 100,000 pesos can suffice for week in Hingkong. It depends on your purchasing power and depends on your lifestyle & taste.

check out cebu pacific's latest promo.they always have cheap rates every now and then P5t each would suffice for your fare and that includes travel tax and other things that you pay at the airport.
try some bacpackers hotels since they always have cheap rates. you just need to be a bit adventurous or be the "cowboy type" to enjoy all the non-so-expensive-but-good-enough" services.

Well, the best estimate you can get is from a tourist agency , to take a tour. When I travel, I use Unilink travel agency in Salcedo Village, Makati. Their # is 841-0661.

me and my mom will go to hongkong next week. each ticket costs for only $220 all in all. we will stay there for 4 days and 3 nights. did you go to tour expo in sm megamall trade hall last feb 11 (if i'm not mistaken)? there are so many cheap tours that day...
a $200 dollar pocket money is enough i think. amount of expenses depends on you if you just wanna stroll around or go shopping.
:)
try cebu pacific they have lots of cheap tours...
